A Commercial Landlord came to Samuel requiring assistance with recovering rent arrears from a Tenant. The Tenant, having occupied the client’s property on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy also left the property in a vast state of disrepair. Samuel advised the client in recouping his damages and rent arrears.
