He has advised and represented clients in adjudications, providing effective advice on whether a dispute exists and clarifying the parameters of the claim, as well as handling the technical aspects of the process, from notice of adjudication to dealing with the adjudicator’s decision.

Samuel has extensive experience in representing clients in arbitration proceedings to resolve issues in sport, construction, engineering and allied industries as well as in general commercial transactions. This includes both domestic and international arbitrations, from providing strategic advice at the early stages of contract formation to conducting proceedings and taking enforcement action.

Samuel’s experience in litigation also covers early intervention in potentially contentious civil and commercial issues to enable the most advantageous solution to be found; and if not, drafting pleadings, advising on the completion filing and serving of court forms and representing clients in court proceedings.
