Samuel provides strategic advice, including support with tendering and procurement, pre-contract risk assessment and ongoing monitoring and review of projects in addition to comprehensive drafting, from standard and bespoke construction contracts to key insurances and compromise agreements. He is also able to step in and manage construction disputes, including providing tactical input and oral and written advocacy for a range of clients, from developers and local authorities to architects, insurers and underwriters.
