Samuel’s practice in the area of property law and planning law includes a range of different aspects, from advice on commercial leases, including dilapidations and disputes, to strategy and insight with respect to property ownership and development. His practice history encompasses effective advocacy and advice on the key issues that are involved in property ownership or refurbishment, such as disputes over party walls and boundaries. .
Samuel also has experience of town and country planning laws allowing him to support clients in the process of planning applications and appeals. Samuel is known to provide landlord and tenant advice to clients with respect to investment property and occupied premises.
